Returns & Refunds Policy
At VFM Sheds, every building is made to order with bespoke specifications. Each shed is crafted individually to meet your unique requirements. To maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency, the following policies apply:
Custom Orders – Cancellations & Refunds
As all our sheds are custom-made to order, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once production has begun. This policy helps us reduce waste, maintain production efficiency, and deliver tailored, high-quality products.
Exceptions
In the very unlikely event of a significant fault or error on our part, we will review the matter on an individual basis.
If you notice any issues upon delivery, please contact our sales team immediately. We’ll work quickly and fairly to resolve any valid concerns.
If a return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at sales@vfmsheds.co.uk.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@vfmsheds.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
